Pricing, Refunds & Availability

Whilst I try and ensure that all details, descriptions and prices that appear on this website are accurate, errors may occur.

If I discover an error in the price of any goods which you have ordered, I will inform you of this as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it.

If I am unable to contact you, I will treat the order as cancelled.

If you cancel and you have already paid for the goods, you will receive a full refund.

All prices are inclusive of VAT.

Delivery costs will be charged in addition; such additional charges are clearly displayed where applicable and included in the Total Cost.

I aim to ensure that photography is an accurate representation of COLOUR, SHADE and SIZE.

However, once in receipt of goods you can return an item if not satisfied with the variations from the website to the actual article.

Your statutory rights will not be affected.

I reserve the right at any time and without notice to amend, remove or vary any page of this website.

I aim to dispatch your order the next working day when placed before 5pm via FREE Standard UK Post or Royal Mail Signed for Service (Not Insured).

Next working day delivery: £7.00 Therefore 2 Day service from the date of order - Royal Mail Special Delivery Service (Insured).

International delivery: £15.00 Royal Mail International Tracked & Signed For Service.

Please note the above services require a signature.

For bespoke items I will confirm timescale during the order process.

Please email me if your order has not arrived on time.

Please allow up to 2 weeks for International Delivery.

While I hope that you love your purchase, if you are not satisfied with your item, I am more than happy to offer an exchange or refund.

Should you wish to return / exchange your item to me, please ensure :

- The item is returned within 28 Days of purchase

- The goods are unworn, in the same condition as received and in original packaging.

I am unable to offer a refund or an exchange without valid proof of purchase or an order number.

Sale items purchased online can only be exchanged or refunded within 14 Days of purchase.

You are responsible for return postage, and I recommend that items are returned via a Tracked Service.

Damaged or lost items cannot be refunded or replaced.

Please retain your proof of postage for your records until I confirm by email that I have received your goods.

* Please note that I cannot offer refunds for earrings due to hygiene or for unique custom pieces, unless there is a fault.

You will be notified via email once your return / exchange has been received and processed.

All successfully returned items will be exchanged or refunded via the original payment method.

If you happen to receive a faulty item, then please email me with photographs of the item along with your order number or valid proof of purchase so that I may advise you to the correct course of action.

Please do not attempt to repair an item, as I may not be able to help further.

If I am unable to repair an item and issue a refund, then postage will also be reimbursed.
